Summary
PUBLIC ENVIRONMENTAL CENTRE FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT is a non-profit organisation established four years ago by former students from the first ecology program in Bulgaria through seeking a way for professional realisation. At present there are 18 members including people with different professions and interests. Membership fees, donations form our budget and project finance by foundations and organisations. Four years we practise community based organising through involving more people to the idea of sustainable development.
